We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of providing the return address; otherwise, the return will no longer be possible.
Please note that returns must be sent to our address in China, and we do not cover return shipping costs.

Size Adjustments
Since we source some products according to Asian size standards, the size on the label may differ from the size ordered. This does not constitute a delivery error or a reason for refund, as the actual fit corresponds to the size ordered. Please refer to our size chart and product description before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items fall under warranty, not the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service.stalvia@outlook.com.
If an exchange is approved, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Returns within the EU
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As mentioned, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Damaged items are not covered under the right of withdrawal but are covered by the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, as processing begins immediately. Once your order arrives, you can contact our support team to initiate a return and refund process.
Lost or Missing Packages
Stalvia is not responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing an order. If the error is on our side, we will resend the order at no additional cost.
